To help make your stay with us as comfortable as possible, we have outlined some details about the hotel and its facilities. If you have any questions at all, please do not hesitate to contact our friendly reception staff in person or by dialing '9' on your in-room telephone.

Reception hours are 7:00am – 11:00pm for your convenience, 7 days per week. For after hour’s access, please use the security fob on your room key to activate the sensor for the front doors and elevator. Should you wish to gain stairwell access to your floor, you may do so using the security fob system at the stairwell, located on street level.

Check Out time is 10:00am. Should you require a later time, please enquire at reception.

Housekeeping – Housekeeping will service your apartment daily Monday – Saturday and clear rubbish and replenish towels. A major service is conducted on the 3rd day of your stay, and includes a full service, linen and towel change.

Please note housekeeping will not service your room if ‘Do not disturb’ is indicated on your door. Should you require any additional items, please contact Reception.

Smoking - In consideration of our guests, Franklin Central Apartments is a 100% smoke free property. A smoking charge of $300 will be applied to your account should there be any evidence of smoking in your apartment or on the balcony area. This may result in eviction from the property.

Security - In the best interest of our guest’s well-being, only registered guests can access rooms after 9:00pm. The hotel enforces a Good Night’s Rest Policy in our guest rooms. All guests must be registered at check-in. If a disturbance is created, as a result of a party or noise from a guest room, all guests in the room will be asked to leave the hotel, without a refund. These guidelines are in place to ensure every guest enjoys a peaceful and pleasant stay in our hotel.

Telephone - To obtain an outside line please dial ‘0’ first followed by the phone number required. Local calls are complimentary. All calls to mobiles, long distance or overseas will require a calling card. Calling cards can be purchased from a local convenience store. To listen to your phone messages, please dial '399' and follow the prompts.

Sofa bed - Usage incurs a fee of $30 per night. Please see reception if you wish to arrange the use of a sofa bed.

Restaurants - Crack Kitchen is open from 7:00am – 4:00pm Monday to Fridays and Saturday to Sunday from 8:00am – 3:00pm available for breakfast, brunch or lunch. Ask our friendly staff what’s good on the menu
